While working with Harris Heery & Associates, Executive Resource Consultants in Marketing, she moved her focus to developing and motivating people in the workforce. Customized need-based solutions, proficiency with assessment tools, and a history of gaining the confidence and trust of individuals are key elements of her personal and professional development practice.

Her prior background includes management and P & L responsibility at Good Neighbor Direct and Donnelley Marketing, numerous consulting assignments, and Assistant Professorship at California State University, Fullerton.

Ms. Harris earned an MBA with honors from Temple University, is a Certified Adult Transition Coach, Myers Briggs Qualified, and a member of the Association of Career Professionals International, International Coach Federation, and the Adult Career Development Network. She serves on the Boards of Mid-Fairfield Hospice and KC Healthcare Communications.
