How Personal Performance Coaching is Provided

Personal Performance Coaching begins with an initial exploratory session at no fee. The purpose of this meeting is to get acquainted, explore relevant issues and to evaluate the potential for working together. At the conclusion of this meeting, a decision is made whether to move to the next step-a formal Assessment.

The Assessment process involves the utilization of user-friendly, validated Assessment tools which cover areas that include Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Personality Type, Values and Workstyle Preferences. The individual completes the customized package of Assessments. Responding to instrument questions is not timed and in most cases, can be fulfilled at one's home or other convenient location.

Suzanne Harris reviews and analyzes the results of each Assessment, and arranges a timely, in-depth meeting to provide feedback. Developmental opportunities are explored and clarified with the active involvement of both the client and Suzanne Harris. This meeting and any subsequent sessions are one-to-one, and held in-person at the Norwalk office of Suzanne Harris. Individuals who complete the formal Assessment process and the feedback session receive a personalized binder with comprehensive reports generated by the responses to the Assessment instruments.

Following this feedback session, most individuals elect subsequent meetings to support the development and implementation of an action plan to address their needs.
